Product Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition (unopened, unused, in the original packaging).

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@turfun.shop with your order number and reason for the return. You will receive instructions on how to return the items.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or there was an error with your order.

Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method. The refund will be issued within 30 business days after the return is received.
